What the Framework Is
Worldwide Iranian Professionals (WIP) is a professional readiness framework.
It exists to quietly organize knowledge, expertise, and institutional understanding among Iranian professionals worldwide without engaging in political activity, advocacy, or operational action.
The framework is designed to document professional capacity, identify skill domains, and maintain structural clarity for potential future relevance.
WIP does not mobilize individuals, coordinate actions, or represent any political position. It functions solely as a preparedness structure, independent of timing or events.
Principles & Boundaries
WIP operates within clearly defined professional and ethical boundaries.
The framework is strictly non-political, non-advocacy, and non-operational. It does not support campaigns, movements, or public positions.
Participation is voluntary and non-financial. No individual is asked to act, represent, or engage beyond expressing professional interest.
Privacy is foundational. Personal data is protected, aggregated where necessary, and never disclosed publicly.
WIP exists as a professional reference structure not an organization seeking influence or authority.
Non-Political and Non-Religious
WIP operates independently of governments, political parties, ideologies, and religious institutions. Participation does not imply alignment, advocacy, or representation.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in WIP is entirely voluntary, with no membership requirements, obligations, or expectations of continued involvement.
Remote-First by Default

Participation in WIP can be entirely silent.
Professionals may choose to remain unlisted publicly, inactive operationally, and unseen socially.
Quiet readiness is fully respected. There is no expectation of visibility, engagement, or contribution beyond professional identification.
